Music & Tea UK draws its name and its spirit from musickntea, a community first gathered in Jos, Nigeria by Mandul Johnson, a room where musicians and friends met over tea to worship, create, and simply be present with one another. That original vision, of musical excellence held together with real, unhurried community, is what we have carried into this UK expression of the same idea.

Oluwaferanmi Makinde founded Music & Tea UK to give that generation a home, without compromise. He also leads FKLEF Productions, the London-based audio-visual and event production company that powers the technical standard behind every Music & Tea UK session.
Under his direction, Music & Tea UK and FKLEF Productions share one conviction: that faith, creativity, and production excellence are not separate pursuits, but one and the same craft.
